Throughout her career, she has experienced a broken healthcare system where people were given a diagnosis of prediabetes and left to fend for themselves, given vague and unrealistic advice, and left to feel hopeless as they progressed to diabetes assuming that it was inevitable.

She started her health coaching practice in 2014 to make a real impact on those who were suffering. Understanding health and health behavior change from a holistic perspective, not just what we eat, is the key to making lasting, significant progress in health and well-being.
